Relationship Lab
A small, therapist-led learning space for women who want to feel more confident and capable in relationships.
Welcome!
Making and maintaining friendships as an adult can feel surprisingly hard — especially when life is full, responsibilities are heavy, and time feels scarce.
Many women quietly miss deep connection, even while telling themselves they “should” be grateful for what they already have.
The intention of Relationship Lab is to support women in feeling more confident initiating and sustaining relationships, less afraid of rejection, and more grounded in their own value.
The skills and insights explored in Relationship Lab are intended to support not only friendships, but also how women show up in family, professional, and other relational contexts.
What this is:
Relationship Lab is an educational, therapist-led group learning experience grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and relational skill-building.
What this is not:
This is not mental health therapy or group therapy. Participants are encouraged to seek individual mental health support as needed.
Current plan:
Small online group (6–8 women)
8-week experience
One 60-minute live session per week
Tentatively starting in early March
